Adriana was great. She’s very thorough and flexible. She developed a plan moving forward that I feel very good about. The billing department on the other hand is rude. I had something come up for work and needed to cancel the day before the appointment and they told me I could not reschedule without paying $100. I didn’t want to pay $100, as it was not going towards my bill. To avoid pain $100, I called back to keep my appointment but they already filled it (in minutes). So, they successfully found someone to take the appointment and still required $100 from me to reschedule. The only reason I did not leave the practice is because a scheduler worked out everything for me, but I still had to keep the appointment on the same day. So, beware there is no flexibility if something comes up. I would understand if I’ve canceled my appointment before, but I hadn’t.

I also need to say that Heidi is amazing. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Her patient care is phenomenal. She is so empathetic and truly care cares. They are lucky to have her!
